I have no idea how to cook an egg noodles so I decided to ask for the help of my dorm mate Almond and if anyone are expecting for the almond nuts in these recipe, nope! just happen that the one who cook named almond, so let's get started.
What we need:
250 g. egg noodles
100 g. Pork Liver
3 onion, chopped
¼ cup soy sauce
4 eggs
Black pepper
Carrots
Cabbage
Bean sprouts
Green hot chili pepper
vinegar
Oil
Procedure
1. Boil the pork liver to half-cooked then cut into desired cube size.
2. On high heat hot pan, pour oil. Add pork liver and stir fry until brown then lower the heat to medium, set aside the pork liver.
3. Add halved of the chopped onion and carrots. Sauté for half minute.
4. Add the cabbage and stir fry for two minutes. Season with fish sauce and pepper if necessary.
5. Add 6 cups of then Crack 2 eggs on the side of the same pan and let it be cooked, don't stir the egg.
5. Add soy sauce and stir well.
6. Slowly add chicken stock and continue to stir for five more minutes.
7. Add egg noodles.
9. After the egg are cooked stir in the bean sprouts.
10. After two to three minutes, remove the noodles from the pan and place on a serving plate.
11. Mix 1 chopped onion, green hot chili pepper on soy sauce and vinegar depending on your taste then place on top of noodles.
12. fry 2 eggs as sunny side up and put it on top of the noodles.
This one ends well for its taste much better than when I'm the one who cooked, Hope you'll like this one!!
